Keric and Travis have joined your party!

Prologue: Keric is my bf and Travis is his best friend.

There are four of us, Keric, Travis, Me and some unknown person. So we're in this van, an RV kinda thing. Its my grandfathers Van (Red interior small wooden Table in the center, license plate still reads the same तू). So we pull up to this weird rest stop place with a small swampy beach beside it (Already I'm completely aware that we are in like 'party' like in MMOs or RPG's). Travis gets out and is like "I'm not gonna be gone long I'm just gonna run in and get me a cat okay?"
"Make sure you get something good" I say as I climb out of the Van with Keric, leaving the 4th person in there to guard it.
Keric looks around and spots the swampy beach and says "Hey this is awesome I can get my homework done here" As he walks towards it.
I follow him and despite the sign that says 'Please stay back' we slide down the embankment towards the water (The embankment is made of pink sand btw).

He tiptoes towards the water.
"If we don't go to close we shouldn't get in trouble" I say following him.
He shrugs and disregards a second sign that says "Stay out of the water please"
Keric then steps in the mud by the water hoping to get close enough to kneel down. Only to discover that his foot had sunk. He pulled back and shook his head and looked over at me.
I shrugged.
Just then some old biddy started walking down the hill yelling at us for being where we shouldn't be.
Keric and her argued for a bit and then he took my hand and we ran off into the swamp in defiance of her yelling.
So we paused by some flowers and I was looking around. I saw this cool flower and was looking at it. When a spider crawled up the petal. Not a little one either, like a MASSIVE ONE.
One that really shouldn't have been able to sit on the flower. But it was a dream and that's how it works.
It was big and brown and had claws on it. And Keric leaned down and then grabbed a Banana from his pocket, he cut off a piece and offered it to the spider.
"See its a vegetarian spider" He said as he reached down and started to pet it's little head.
I was just like "NO! It's a Spider"
For a while he tried to persuade me the spider wasn't going to hurt me and that it liked me and that I should pick it up.
My response was always something to the effect of "it's still a fucking spider I'm not touching it!"
He then picked it up and the spider waved at me, then he came at me saying "Cummooon! Pet the spider just pet it!" I just took off running into the woods.
And He followed me. The woods were all different sorts of woods, which was weird. At one point I ran into the toxic woods. The trees all had a green fungus on them that emited green gasses that were toxic.
Keric yelled at me that it wasn't safe. So I found a path between the toxic woods and the snowy woods.
Keric was still chasing me with his new spider pet.
Then At the top of the hill travis appeared and yelled that we should hurry up cause it was time to go.
Keric showed him his new spider and Travis was like "I didn't know we could have spider pets, I only thought we could have cats and dogs?"
Keric smiled "Well I can have a spider pet but you can't, cause I'm a hunter."
"Well then Kara is the only one without a pet" Travis said.
I shrugged and muttered "I'll get me one later."

We were driving, 4th person Identified as my 'mom', travis replaced by my 'dad' who wasn't really my dad irl. We had to stop and empty the bathroom stuffs. We did so and my mom just emptied it into the woods and lied to my dad. She kept calling it "Slurry".

Continued again, travis is travis again, and my mom is still there.
I get out of the Van "What are we doing here?"
"Getting you your partner" Keric says pointing to Travis's cat and then his spider. (which is now 3 times its original size)
"This is Professor Karien's place she'll give you a really good partner" Says my mom as she points me towards the building.
I walk in. A woman resembling Olette from KH2, but with a red trucker hat on, turns and looks at me. She points to three pokeballs on the table and says for me to pick one.
I pick bulbasaur.
